Andrew started his career in commercial real estate nearly 20 years ago. In 2012, he joined NAI Earle Furman and helped open their Spartanburg office. Andrew has extensive knowledge of the Spartanburg market and focuses on the office, retail, and land sectors. Before entering the real estate industry, Andrew served as president of Mid-South Management Company, which owned 17 newspapers across 5 states. Since selling the newspapers in 2007, Andrew has focused on real estate development and investment, primarily in Spartanburg. Andrew has been instrumental in revitalizing Spartanburg, contributing to the redevelopment of over 10 downtown projects, including Palmetto Lofts, Magnolia Lofts, and 142 Social, to name a few.

Andrew resides in Spartanburg with his wife, Kitsy.
